With advanced degrees in law, leadership, and business—including a Ph.D.—he has received honors such as the "New Millennium Star" and "Presidential Member" recognition from NSLS.

Dr. Pokhrel is a dedicated professional serving as the CEO/President of Neoly Home Care, LLC, with a multifaceted background as a researcher, community leader, teacher, social worker, writer, and entrepreneur,. He holds a Master’s in Health Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Leadership & Administrative Studies at Marywood University. Dr. Pokhrel is deeply committed to creating meaningful impact through visionary leadership, innovation, and compassionate service.

Chief Finance Officer

Mr. Bista is a healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a Master of Physician Associate degree from Wichita State University, currently working as a Hospitalist PA. He is also the President of American Skyline Investment LLC, where he leads real estate acquisitions and development, and has experience managing an e-commerce business. As CFO of International Investment Corporation, he brings strong financial and strategic expertise to support long-term growth and investor success.

Chief IT Officer

Mr. Tamrakar is a IT and MIS graduate from Newman University and is Software Engineer by profession with contributions primarily on innovative technology initiatives. He brings entrepreneurial experience through ventures in Amazon FBA and ride-sharing, demonstrating his proficiency in e-commerce and the gig economy. With a strong passion for leveraging technology to enhance business performance, he combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset.

Secretary

Mr. Gurung is a multifaceted individual known for his diverse roles as an entrepreneur, motivator, investor, and social worker. He is the President of the Bhutanese Community of Nebraska (BCN), CEO of IMART Logistics, President of the United Nebraska Home Care Revival, and Vice President of the UFHHC LLC.

As Co-founder and President of Echowin Inc., he leads the development of a cutting-edge Voice AI platform that streamlines business communications. With a decade in aerospace engineering—including work on the all-electric Eviation Alice and the world’s largest aircraft—he brings deep technical expertise and strategic vision to the Board of Directors.
